Oven display and lights work but none of the heating functions start; E07 is shown shortly after selecting a program.

Safety first: Switch off the circuit breaker and verify that the oven is fully de-energized before opening the control panel.

Basic checks:

• Remove the front control panel to access the electronic control board.
• Inspect the mains input terminals and wiring for signs of overheating or looseness. Tighten any loose screws and replace burned connectors.
• Visually inspect the control board for burned areas, cracked solder joints, or a damaged main relay (often a larger rectangular component).
• If you have electrical experience, you can test for continuity across the relay contacts (with power disconnected) and check coil resistance. An open coil or welded contacts indicate a bad relay.
• In many cases, Teka control boards are replaced as a complete unit rather than repaired at component level. If obvious damage is present, order the correct replacement PCB using the oven’s model and serial number.
• Install the new board, transferring any wiring harnesses one by one to avoid misconnection.

Warning: Live testing on the control board is hazardous and should only be performed by a qualified technician. If you are not experienced with mains electronics, do not attempt board-level diagnostics.
