How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off the breaker before inspecting the electrical connections. Only perform electrical measurements if you are qualified.
Checks:
- Verify that the oven is connected according to the Teka wiring diagram (usually on the rear panel), especially for models that can be wired single- or two-phase.
- Inspect the mains terminal block inside the rear connection box for loose screws, burned insulation, or melted plastic. Tighten terminals and replace damaged blocks.
- Check the power cord for cuts or overheating, and replace if necessary.
- If you have a multimeter and are competent, measure the supply voltage at the wall outlet; it should be within the specified range (typically 220–240 V AC in Europe).
- If the supply is stable and wiring is correct, but E10 persists, the control board’s power supply section may be damaged and require replacement.
Note: Persistent mains issues should be investigated by a licensed electrician. Do not operate the oven on an unstable or incorrect supply.
