Possible Causes

Open broil element, Burned or loose broil wiring, Failed broil relay on EOC, Overheated and damaged element terminals

Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the broil element.

Continuity test: Access the rear of the oven, disconnect the broil element leads, and measure resistance. Replace the element if open.
Check terminals: Tighten or replace any loose or burned terminals at the element and control board.
