Possible Causes
Faulty start button on keypad, Failed relay driver on control board, Open door switch circuit, Child lock or Sabbath mode active
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn off power before accessing internal components.
- Check modes: Ensure control lock and Sabbath mode are disabled. Refer to the user manual for the correct key sequence.
- Door switch: Verify that the oven recognizes the door as closed (oven light off if designed that way). Test the door switch for continuity.
- Keypad test: If pressing Start does nothing, the touchpad may have a failed Start key. Replace the touchpad if other keys work normally.
- Control board: If the keypad is good, the electronic oven control board may not be energizing the relays and should be replaced.
