How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn off power or unplug the oven before replacing the bulb or working on the light circuit.
- Replace bulb: Remove the glass light cover inside the oven and replace the oven light bulb with the correct wattage and type specified by Thor Kitchen.
- Test door switch: If the light still does not work, test the oven door switch for continuity when the door is opened and closed. Replace if faulty.
- Inspect socket: Check the light socket for corrosion or heat damage. Replace the light socket assembly if the contacts are burnt.
- Control board relay: If the bulb, socket, and switch are good, the light relay on the electronic oven control board may have failed and require board replacement.
