• Tighten hardware: Remove the rear and top panels and tighten any loose screws on the bake element brackets, convection fan shroud, and internal panels.
• Check for warped panels: If a panel is visibly warped and flexes loudly with heat, consider replacing the affected inner oven liner panel or associated brackets.
• Normal expansion: Some mild popping from metal expansion is normal, but very loud or sharp bangs may indicate loose or damaged parts.
