Oven temperature is inconsistent; sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold.

Safety First: Disconnect power before checking wiring or components.

• Check sensor connector: Remove the rear panel and inspect the oven temperature sensor connector at the control board. Reseat it firmly.
• Wiggle test: With power off, gently move the sensor wiring harness while checking for any visible damage or loose spots. Repair or replace damaged wiring.
• Replace sensor: If the sensor shows intermittent resistance readings when flexed, replace it.
• Control board: If wiring and sensor are solid but temperature still fluctuates widely, replace the electronic oven control board.
