How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control panel or top cover.
- Reseat connectors: Locate the multi-pin harness or ribbon cable linking the Toshiba user interface board to the main control PCB. Disconnect and reconnect both ends, ensuring they are fully seated.
- Inspect cable: Check for pinched, cut, or burnt sections of the cable. Replace the harness if any damage is found.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of steam or moisture ingress around the control area. Dry thoroughly and improve sealing if necessary.
