Oven randomly resets or turns off during cooking, then restarts.

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening any electrical connections.

• Check terminal block and plug: Tighten all mains connections and inspect for heat damage.
• Inspect control board cooling: Ensure the cooling fan works and that the control board area is not blocked by insulation.
• Look for cracked solder joints: On the Toshiba control PCB, inspect large components (relays, transformers) for cracked solder. Reflow or replace the board if necessary.
• Monitor temperature: If resets occur only at high temperatures, suspect overheating and improve ventilation or replace the board.
