Possible Causes
Defective low-voltage power supply on main PCB, Loose neutral or live connection at terminal block, Intermittent mains supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the circuit breaker before accessing the terminal block or control board.
- Check mains connections: Remove the rear cover to access the terminal block. Tighten all live, neutral, and earth screws. Look for heat discoloration or melted insulation.
- Verify supply voltage: With a multimeter and appropriate safety precautions, confirm that the correct voltage reaches the oven when powered (typically 220–240 V AC in many regions).
- Inspect control board PSU: Remove the control panel and examine the low-voltage section of the main PCB (transformer or switching PSU). Bulging capacitors or burnt components indicate failure.
- Board replacement: If the power supply section is damaged, replace the main control PCB. Component-level repair is not recommended unless you are qualified.
After repair, monitor the oven for stable operation without E11 or random resets.
