Possible Causes
Tripped breaker or blown house fuse, Open internal line fuse on control board, Loose neutral connection, Failed EOC power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always verify power is off before accessing internal components. 240V can be lethal.
Steps:
- Check the home breaker or fuse panel and reset or replace as needed.
- Verify the outlet or junction box feeding the oven has proper voltage.
- Remove the control panel and inspect the EOC for an internal fuse. Test and replace the fuse with the exact type if blown, but investigate for shorts before powering up.
- Inspect wiring connections to the control board, especially neutral and line inputs. Tighten any loose connections.
- If power is present at the board but it remains dead, replace the EOC.
