Steps:

Remove the oven door according to the manual and place it on a padded surface.
Disassemble the door by removing perimeter screws to separate inner and outer panels.
Clean moisture and residue from glass surfaces and inspect seals and spacers. Replace any deteriorated gaskets or seals.
Reassemble the door, ensuring all screws are tight and the glass is properly seated.
If moisture returns quickly, inspect the oven vent path; ensure it is not directing excessive steam into the door area.

Viking oven door glass is fogging or moisture is trapped between inner and outer glass.
