Possible Causes

Failed cooling fan motor, Open cooling fan thermostat, Broken or disconnected fan wiring, EOC not energizing fan relay

Safety: Turn off power and allow the oven to cool before servicing.

Steps:

Access the cooling fan and attempt to spin the blades by hand. If stiff or seized, replace the fan motor.
Test the cooling fan thermostat for continuity at elevated temperature (may require heating with a heat gun while monitoring). Replace if it does not close when hot.
Check wiring continuity from the EOC to the fan motor.
If the fan and thermostat are good but the fan never receives power, the EOC fan relay may be faulty; replace the EOC.
