Possible Causes
Tripped internal thermal fuse, Open line fuse on control board, Loose power connections, Failed control board power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening any panels.
- Step 1 – Confirm supply: Verify with a meter (by a qualified person) that correct voltage is present at the oven’s junction box or cord.
- Step 2 – Inspect terminal block: With power OFF, check the terminal block for loose or burnt connections. Tighten or replace as needed.
- Step 3 – Check internal fuses: Some Zline ovens have internal thermal fuses or line fuses on or near the control board. Access the control area and test fuses for continuity. Replace any open fuses with the exact type and rating.
- Step 4 – Control board: If fuses are good and power is reaching the control, but the display remains dead, the control board’s power supply is likely failed. Replace the control board.
Note: If a fuse blew, investigate the cause (overheating, shorted component) before simply replacing it.
