- Step 2 – Identify which pane: Determine whether the inner, middle, or outer glass is broken. This affects which replacement part you need.
- Step 3 – Remove door: Open the door to the broil stop position, then lift it off the hinges according to the user manual. Place it on a padded surface.
- Step 4 – Disassemble door: Remove screws around the door perimeter to separate the inner and outer panels. Carefully remove the broken glass and any retaining brackets.
- Step 5 – Install new glass: Install the correct Zline replacement glass panel, reusing or replacing gaskets and brackets as needed. Reassemble the door and reinstall on the oven.
Note: Avoid slamming the door and do not spray cold liquids on hot glass to reduce the risk of future breakage.
