Buttons or dial on the ASMOKE controller are unresponsive or intermittent.

Safety first: Unplug the grill before servicing the controller.

• Step 1 – Power reset: Unplug the grill for 5 minutes, then plug back in and test buttons/dial.
• Step 2 – Inspect controller face: Clean around buttons and dial with a dry cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly on the panel.
• Step 3 – Check mounting: Ensure the controller is not twisted or overtightened, which can bind the dial.
• Step 4 – Replace controller: If inputs remain unreliable, install a new ASMOKE digital controller.
