• Step 1 – Clean fire pot and bottom: Vacuum ash from the fire pot and bottom of the cook chamber regularly.
• Step 2 – Check exhaust: Ensure the chimney and exhaust ports are clear.
• Step 3 – Use better pellets: Switch to higher‑quality pellets with less dust. Sift pellets if necessary.
• Step 4 – Inspect fan control: If the fan seems excessively strong at low temps, the digital controller may be overdriving it and could require replacement.
