Wi-Fi or app will not connect to Broil King pellet grill (for connected models)

• Check signal strength: Ensure your home router provides a strong signal at the grill. Move the router or use a Wi-Fi extender if needed.
• Verify credentials: Re-enter Wi-Fi network name and password in the Broil King app, ensuring they match exactly.
• Update firmware: If possible, update the grill controller firmware via USB or app as recommended by Broil King.
• Reset network settings: Perform a network reset on the controller (see manual) and re-pair with the app.
• Module replacement: If the Wi-Fi module remains non-functional, it may require replacement as part of the control board or a separate module.
