Possible Causes
Tripped GFCI outlet, Faulty power cord, Failed power switch, Blown internal fuse
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the grill before opening any panels. Do not bypass safety devices.
- Check outlet: Test the outlet with another appliance. Reset the GFCI or breaker if tripped.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections. Replace the cord if damaged.
- Test power switch: With the grill unplugged, remove the controller and check that the switch wires are firmly connected. Replace the switch if it feels loose or does not click positively.
- Check internal fuse: Locate the fuse on or near the control board. If blown, investigate for shorts (igniter, fan, auger) before replacing.
