Control panel displays ERR7 and grill shuts down during cook

Possible Causes
Pellet starvation in fire pot, Excessive ash buildup smothering flame, Combustion fan not maintaining airflow
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the grill. Allow it to cool before cleaning the fire pot.
- Check pellet level: Open the hopper and ensure there are enough pellets. If low or empty, refill with dry, high-quality hardwood pellets.
- Clean fire pot: Remove grates and heat diffuser. Vacuum out ash from the fire pot and surrounding area. Excess ash can choke the flame and trigger a flame-out.
- Verify fan operation: With the grill reassembled, plug it in and start a cook cycle. Listen for the combustion fan. If it is weak or not running, inspect and replace the fan as needed.
- Prime pellets: Run a prime or startup cycle to ensure pellets are feeding consistently into the fire pot before setting your cook temperature.
- Monitor first cook: After clearing the fault, watch the grill for the first 15–20 minutes to confirm stable temperature and continuous smoke.
