Grease dripping from front or sides of grill instead of into grease bucket.

Safety first: Allow the grill to cool completely before handling the drip tray or grease bucket. Grease can remain hot for a long time.

• Step 1 – Remove and clean drip tray: Take out the drip tray and scrape off heavy grease buildup. Wash with hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Step 2 – Clear grease channel: Use a non‑metallic tool to clear the grease channel leading to the bucket. Ensure there are no hardened grease plugs.
• Step 3 – Reinstall correctly: Reinstall the drip tray with the correct slope toward the grease outlet as specified in the Cuisinart manual. Make sure it is fully seated on its supports.
• Step 4 – Check grease bucket: Empty the bucket and reinstall it securely on its hanger.
