Buttons on the control panel stick, double-press, or do not register.

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the grill before servicing the control panel.

• Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not flood with water.
• Inspect overlay: Look for cracks or lifting edges where grease can enter. Replace the Enders control panel overlay if damaged.
• Internal cleaning: If accessible, open the panel and gently clean around the button contacts with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free swab.
• Replace keypad: If buttons still misbehave, replace the user interface board / keypad assembly.
