• Use correct parts: Ensure you are using Enders-branded probes and accessories specified for your model.
• Inspect connectors: Check probe and accessory jacks for bent pins or debris. Clean gently if needed.
• Update firmware: Install the latest firmware that supports your accessories, if available.
• Replace faulty sensor: If a particular probe or accessory always triggers Er20, replace that item.

If Er20 appears with no accessories connected, the control board's sensor ID circuitry may be faulty and require board replacement.
