Grill vibrates excessively or rattles loudly during operation.

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the grill. Allow it to cool before tightening any internal parts.

• Level the grill: Adjust the casters or legs so the grill sits firmly on all four corners.
• Check internal hardware: Remove access panels and tighten screws on the combustion fan, auger motor, and fire pot assembly.
• Inspect diffuser and grates: Ensure the heat diffuser plate and cooking grates are seated properly and not warped. Replace a severely warped Enders heat diffuser plate.
• Test run: After tightening, run the grill and listen for remaining rattles. Isolate and secure any vibrating panels with additional fasteners if needed.
