Pellets in the hopper swell, crumble, or form a solid mass, causing feed issues.

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the grill before clearing the hopper.

• Empty hopper: Remove all pellets and discard any that are swollen or crumbly.
• Dry hopper: Wipe the hopper interior dry. Leave the lid open in a dry environment to air out.
• Check hopper seal: Inspect the hopper lid gasket and hinges. Replace a worn Enders hopper lid gasket if it does not seal properly.
• Store pellets correctly: Keep pellets in sealed containers indoors. Only load as many pellets into the hopper as you plan to use in the near term.
