How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the grill and allow it to cool before removing panels.
- Access fan: Remove the side or rear panel to expose the combustion fan assembly.
- Clean blades and housing: Use a brush and vacuum to remove grease and ash from the fan blades and housing.
- Remove debris: Check for screws, foil, or other objects lodged in the fan.
- Inspect blades: If blades are bent or cracked, replace the fan assembly.
- Check bearings: Spin the fan by hand. If it feels rough or wobbly, replace the combustion fan with an OEM GMG fan.
