Lid does not close evenly or rubs against the body when opening/closing.

Safety first: Ensure the grill is cool before adjusting hinges.

• Level the grill: Place the grill on a flat, stable surface and adjust casters or legs.
• Tighten hinge bolts: Loosen slightly, realign the lid so gaps are even, then retighten hinge bolts.
• Check for damage: Inspect hinges and lid edges for bends. Straighten minor bends carefully.
• Replace damaged parts: If the lid or hinges are severely bent or warped, replace with OEM GMG components.
