Possible Causes
Loose side shelf bolts, Loose hopper or chimney mounting screws, Warped drip tray contacting grill body, Fan vibration transmitted to thin panels
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the grill to cool before tightening any hardware.
- Step 1 – Tighten external hardware: Check and tighten bolts on side shelves, legs, hopper, and chimney.
- Step 2 – Inspect drip tray fit: Ensure the drip tray is properly seated and not rubbing against the grill walls.
- Step 3 – Add anti‑vibration washers: Where vibration is severe, install lock washers or rubber washers on mounting bolts to dampen noise.
- Step 4 – Check fan mounts: Verify the combustion fan is securely mounted and not contacting the housing.
