WiFi or Bluetooth connection drops frequently during cooks

Safety first: Only open the controller housing with the grill unplugged.

• Step 1 – Improve signal: Move your router closer to the grill or use a WiFi extender. Avoid placing the grill behind thick walls or metal barriers.
• Step 2 – Check app and firmware: Update the Louisiana Grills app and controller firmware if updates are available.
• Step 3 – Reduce interference: Keep other wireless devices (microwaves, cordless phones) away from the grill area during cooks.
• Step 4 – Inspect antenna: If your controller has an external antenna, ensure it is secure and undamaged. For internal antennas, inspect the board for obvious damage.
