How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and cool the grill before tightening hardware.
- 1. Level the grill:
- Ensure all legs or casters are firmly on the ground.
- Adjust position to eliminate rocking.
- 2. Tighten hardware:
- Use appropriate wrenches/screwdrivers to tighten bolts on the hopper, barrel, legs, and shelves.
- 3. Check internal parts:
- Verify the drip pan and diffuser are seated properly and not loose.
- 4. Inspect fan:
- If vibration coincides with fan operation, inspect the fan blades for damage and replace the combustion fan if bent or imbalanced.
