Lid does not close evenly or has large gaps

Safety: Ensure the grill is cool before adjusting the lid.

• Tighten hinges: Check and tighten all hinge bolts on the lid and body.
• Adjust alignment: Loosen hinge bolts slightly, adjust the lid position to center it on the opening, then retighten.
• Check cabinet squareness: Ensure the grill is on a level surface and that the cabinet is not twisted. Adjust casters or shims as needed.
• Replace damaged parts: If hinges or the lid are visibly bent or warped, replace with Memphis OEM parts.
