How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the grill immediately if water is suspected near electrical components.
- Step 1 – Dry pellets and hopper: Remove all wet pellets and vacuum out the hopper. Allow it to dry completely.
- Step 2 – Dry electronics: Remove the control panel and gently dry the area with a low‑heat hair dryer. Do not power the grill until fully dry.
- Step 3 – Inspect seals and grommets: Replace any damaged hopper lid seals and rubber grommets around wiring.
