How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the grill before working on the auger.
- Empty hopper: Remove all pellets and vacuum out fines and debris.
- Disassemble auger: Remove the auger motor and slide the auger shaft out of the tube. Note orientation.
- Clean tube and auger: Scrape and vacuum compacted sawdust from the tube. Inspect the auger flights for bends or burrs and straighten or replace as needed.
