How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the grill before handling the controller.
- Wipe the front of the controller with a damp cloth to remove grease and dirt; do not soak.
- Remove the controller and inspect the rear harness connectors; reseat all plugs.
- Allow the controller to dry in a warm, dry place if moisture is suspected.
- If buttons remain unresponsive or require excessive force, replace the control board/keypad assembly.
Warning: Do not spray cleaners directly onto the controller; apply to a cloth first.
