Pellet Out / Fuel Starvation Detected

Possible Causes
Empty pellet hopper, Pellets bridged above auger intake, Wet or swollen pellets not feeding, Auger motor not turning
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the controller to OFF and allow the grill to cool.
- Open the pellet hopper and verify the pellet level. If low or empty, refill with dry, food‑grade hardwood pellets.
- Stir the pellets by hand to break up any bridging (where pellets form an arch and stop dropping into the auger intake).
- Check for signs of moisture: pellets that are soft, crumbly, or swollen should be discarded and the hopper vacuumed clean.
- Restart the grill and observe whether pellets drop into the firepot. If not, listen for the auger motor. If it is silent, troubleshoot the auger motor and wiring.
Warning: Never push pellets into the auger intake with tools while the grill is running; you can damage the auger or injure yourself.
