Possible Causes

Loose RTD sensor connection at board, Damaged RTD cable insulation, Failed RTD sensor element, Corroded sensor connector

Safety first: Disconnect power and let the grill cool.

Locate the RTD temperature probe inside the cook chamber and trace its cable to the controller.
Remove the controller and inspect the RTD connector. Reseat it firmly.
Check the cable for damage where it passes through the body of the grill; replace the RTD probe assembly if any damage is found.
If the SEN error persists after reseating and inspection, install a new OEM RTD sensor.
