Possible Causes
Loose RTD sensor connection at board, Damaged RTD cable insulation, Failed RTD sensor element, Corroded sensor connector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and let the grill cool.
- Locate the RTD temperature probe inside the cook chamber and trace its cable to the controller.
- Remove the controller and inspect the RTD connector. Reseat it firmly.
- Check the cable for damage where it passes through the body of the grill; replace the RTD probe assembly if any damage is found.
- If the SEN error persists after reseating and inspection, install a new OEM RTD sensor.
Warning: Using non‑OEM sensors can cause inaccurate temperature control and void warranties.
