How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the grill to cool before adjusting internal parts.
- Remove grates and inspect the heat baffle for warping or misalignment; reseat it properly over the firepot.
- Ensure no foil or pans are blocking airflow paths inside the cook chamber.
- Clean grease and debris from around the baffle and sidewalls.
- If the baffle is warped, replace the heat baffle with an OEM part.
Warning: Modifying internal baffles or adding non‑OEM plates can significantly change airflow and void warranties.
