Grill makes rattling or vibrating noise during operation

Safety first: Turn the grill OFF, unplug it, and allow it to cool.

• Remove grates and check that the heat baffle and drip tray are seated correctly and not warped.
• Inspect the combustion fan mounting screws and tighten if loose.
• Spin the fan by hand to check for wobble; replace the fan assembly if blades are bent.
• Check and tighten all accessible bolts on the legs, hopper, and barrel.

Warning: Persistent vibration can damage wiring and components over time; correct mechanical looseness promptly.
