Grease leaking from front or sides of grill instead of into grease bucket.

Safety first: Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning grease.

• Step 1 – Remove and clean drip tray: Scrape off heavy grease and wash with hot soapy water. Ensure it sits correctly with proper slope toward the drain.
• Step 2 – Clear grease channel: Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear the grease drain hole and channel leading to the bucket.
• Step 3 – Check grease bucket: Ensure the bucket is properly hung and not overfilled.
• Step 4 – Replace warped parts: If the drip tray is warped and no longer drains correctly, replace the drip tray / heat deflector.
