Grease is dripping from the bottom of the grill or running down the legs during cooks.

Safety first: Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning grease components.

• Remove and clean drip tray: Take out the drip tray and scrape off built-up grease. Wash with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Clear drain channel: Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear the grease channel and drain tube leading to the bucket.
• Check bucket position: Ensure the grease bucket is properly hung and not overfilled. Empty it regularly.
• Inspect drain plug: Verify that any internal grease drain plug or cap is installed correctly and not cracked.
• Reinstall correctly: Refit the drip tray with the correct slope toward the drain so grease flows properly.
