Pellets in the hopper swell, crumble, or form clumps.

Safety first: Unplug the grill before cleaning the hopper.

• Remove contaminated pellets: Scoop out and discard swollen or crumbly pellets. Vacuum remaining dust.
• Dry the hopper: Wipe the hopper interior with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry.
• Check hopper lid seal: Inspect the lid gasket and hinges. Adjust or replace gasket if the lid does not close tightly.
• Store pellets properly: Keep pellets in sealed containers indoors and only load what you need for each cook.
