• Clean casters: Remove hair, string, and debris from around caster axles and swivels.
• Inspect for rust: Check caster stems and bearings for rust. Light surface rust can be cleaned; severe rust may require replacement.
• Lubricate (if allowed): Apply a small amount of appropriate lubricant to caster swivel bearings, avoiding contact with cooking surfaces.
• Replace damaged casters: If wheels are flat-spotted, cracked, or stems are bent, replace with Recteq-compatible casters rated for the grill's weight.
