Grease is dripping from seams or bottom of grill instead of into the grease bucket.

Safety first: Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning grease.

Steps to restore drainage:

• Remove and inspect drip tray: Ensure it is not warped and that it slopes correctly toward the grease channel.
• Clean grease channel: Scrape and wipe out the grease trough leading to the bucket. Use a flexible brush if needed.
• Check bucket position: Make sure the grease bucket is properly hung and not overfilled.
• Reinstall correctly: Reinstall the drip tray in the correct orientation per the Royal Gourmet manual.
