• 3. Check auger feed: Observe pellet flow into the fire pot at high temperature settings. If feed is sparse, inspect for partial auger jams or worn auger motor.
• 4. Use fresh pellets: Replace old or damp pellets with a new, high‑quality brand. Store pellets in a dry, sealed container.
• 5. Lid and gasket check: Ensure the lid closes fully and any door gaskets are intact to prevent excessive heat loss.
