• Clean panel surface: Wipe the keypad area with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove grease.
• Inspect for cracks or lifting: If the overlay is lifting or cracked, moisture may have entered and damaged the contacts.
• Test multiple buttons: If only some buttons fail, the Timberwolf Control Keypad Assembly is likely worn.
• Replace keypad assembly: Remove the control panel, disconnect the keypad ribbon, and install a new keypad or full control module.
