• 2. Clean the fire pot and diffuser: Remove ash and carbon buildup from the fire pot, diffuser plate, and interior surfaces to improve combustion.
• 3. Check door seal: Inspect the lid gasket (if equipped) and door alignment. Adjust hinges and replace worn gaskets to reduce heat loss.
• 4. Verify fan performance: Listen for a strong, steady fan sound. Clean intake vents and ensure nothing blocks airflow.

If the grill still cannot reach temperature, the combustion fan or control board may not be delivering enough fuel or air and may require service.
