Safety first: Move the grill only when cool. Lock casters when working underneath.

• Clean casters: Remove debris, grease, and dirt from around the wheels and stems.
• Lubricate (if allowed): Apply a light lubricant to caster bearings and stems if recommended by Weber.
• Check locks: Test the locking mechanism on each caster. If it does not hold, replace the caster.
• Replace worn casters: Install new Weber-compatible casters, ensuring they are fully seated and locked into the frame.
