Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection frequently drops, or grill cannot be discovered by the Weber app.

• Improve signal: Move the grill closer to the router or use a Wi-Fi extender. Ensure the grill is within the supported distance.
• Reduce interference: Keep the grill away from large metal objects or other wireless devices that may interfere.
• Restart network and grill: Power cycle your router and the grill, then attempt reconnection via the app.
• Inspect antenna: Open the control panel and verify the antenna cable is securely connected and not damaged.
• Update firmware: Use the app to check for and install firmware updates.
• Replace control board: If connectivity remains unstable despite good signal and configuration, replace the control board assembly containing the wireless module.
