• Inspect power cord: Examine the cord for cuts, abrasions, or loose blades on the plug. Replace if damaged.
• Verify inlet and switch: Inspect the grill's power inlet and power switch for looseness or signs of overheating. Tighten mounting hardware and replace components if discolored or cracked.
• Controller replacement: If external power is stable but the controller continues to reset or show PWR errors, the internal power supply on the main control board may be failing and the controller should be replaced.
