Steps to troubleshoot:

- Check knob and shaft: Ensure the temperature knob is firmly attached and that the shaft is not broken or spinning freely.
- Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable or harness between the display and main control board.
- Replace control board: If inputs still do not respond, replace the control board assembly that includes the keypad/encoder.
